Your Role:

As a Manufacturing Operator 4 at MilliporeSigma, you will produce, package, and purify chemical compounds to meet customer requirements while serving as a senior technical resource for the production and packaging teams. You will independently troubleshoot complex production issues, lead process improvements, support root cause investigations and CAPA activities, and model a strong safety, quality, and inclusive culture.

In this role responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Produce, package, and purify chemical compounds following strict MPR, SOP, and quality guidelines, utilizing advanced techniques like pyrophoric filling, high-hazard filling, and robotics.

• Perform complex analytical testing, sample preparation, and experimentation, while interpreting results to guide in-process adjustments.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production and laboratory equipment (vessels, tanks, dryers, DCS, packaging lines) and complete preventative maintenance tasks.

• Stage, charge, monitor, label, neutralize, and dispose of materials, reactions, and wastes in strict accordance with safety procedures and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

• Independently investigate and resolve complex process anomalies and equipment malfunctions, leading root cause investigations and driving formal CAPA implementation.
