Job Summary:

- Litigation Support: Primary role involves working with internal and external attorneys on legal claims and litigation matters. Heavy focus on all aspects of document collection, including managing complex e-discovery projects across all company organizations. Often involves product and technical information. Strong problem solving skills for electronic document collection, management and review is essential to the role.

- Administer litigation holds

- General support for NXP worldwide for patent, securities, antitrust, contract, trademark, tort, employment, and general business disputes. Work on employee witness identification and coordinating depositions, hearings and trials.

- Primary intake for various legal notices, including bankruptcy, notices of production, third party subpoenas, services of process and third-party document requests.

- Assist with tracking of all legal claim matters. Demonstrated excellence with organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Collaborate on outside counsel management, including budgeting and electronic bill review through CounselLink.
