Industrial Property Management Lead – Central / N. Texas Region
What this job involves:
As the Industrial Property Management Lead for the Central / N. Texas Region, you will have overall responsibility for the industrial property management business across Dallas, Ft. Worth, San Antonio, Austin and El Paso. Reporting locally to the Regional Manager with matrix reporting to the head of US Industrial Property Management, you will balance three critical priorities: leading the regional industrial property management team, ensuring the utilization of best-in-class practices, and driving business growth throughout the region. This position carries national leadership responsibilities on the industrial property management team, representing JLL to both national and local clients while straddling the line between delivering an industry-leading property management platform and actively selling those same services. Your tenure in the property management industry will enable you to provide leadership to multiple teams across multiple geographies, always focused on the client experience through innovative solutions for clients and tenants alike. You will approve key deliverables including budgets and financial reports, work closely with leasing, investment sales, and other business line partners to identify new opportunities, and initiate business development and retention initiatives. We believe the most effective teams are built when everyone is empowered to thrive, and you will leverage your team extensively, developing members through delegation and identifying opportunities for performance efficiencies. Your role extends beyond operations—you will be active in the commercial real estate industry, engaged and serving in leadership roles with industry and community organizations that raise JLL's profile and build relationships with clients and influencers who can help expand our footprint in ways that build our brand and generate referrals.
