Position Responsibilities:
A Subject Matter Expert (SME) in fighter/attack pilot training and tactics development, focusing on the F-15 platform
Design, develop, and deliver innovative technical learning solutions tailored for aircrew training requirements
Develop and maintain courseware and training content aligned with complex aircrew learning objectives and customer needs
Instruct advanced pilot training courses and evaluate program effectiveness using customer feedback and operational data

Develop CONOPS/Mission Assurance plan and deliver pilot simulator verification/test using Boeing Full Mission Simulators (FMS)
Operate the Instructor Operating Station (IOS) to execute approved training syllabi
Support military pilots in maintaining qualification levels through upgrade and tactics training within Boeing's training systems
Implement and support Boeing initiatives, programs, and policies to maintain training excellence and compliance
Adhere to site security and access control procedures in accordance with Boeing and customer requirements
Ensure proper handling and sanitization of classified media and training materials in compliance with Boeing and customer security protocols
Collaborate closely with Boeing training teams and customer representatives at dedicated training sites to meet training and continuation training objectives
Maintain appropriate security clearances as required by Boeing and customer programs
Relevant degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience combined with specialized training and professional experience aligned with the assignment
Proven ability to lead the design and delivery of complex aircrew training solutions and courseware development
Flight Instruction Experience: Experience as an Instructor pilot or Instructor Weapons Systems Officer in a fighter platform
Fighter Formal Training Unit (FTU) Instructor or Weapons School graduate
AETC experience and SUBT/SUNT or IFF instructor
Mission Planning Expertise: Experience with mission planning/employment of HARM, HARPOON, JSOW, JASSM weapons
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of crew resource management, flight planning, and industry regulations, along with advanced pilot aviation skills
Course Development: Experience in developing comprehensive training materials, including syllabus development, lesson plans and multimedia resources

Summary Pay Range: $135,000- $169,000
