Job Summary:

Xylem is looking for a CDL A driver who will be responsible for safely delivering Xylem equipment to various customer locations in the South Windsor, CT surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

- Create and maintain safe working environment and culture within the organization

- Take care of company property

- Demonstrates high impact culture through innovation, accountability and empowerment

- Must be able to function in a team environment

- Usually works with minimal supervision, works independently

Requirements:

Two (2) overnight trips to Pittsburgh weekly 80%-90% travel depending on division & location (mix of local and longer distance with overnight stays)

Education & Experience Requirements:

- HS diploma or equivalent

- Must have CDL class A

- Clean driving record

- Ability to obtain TWIC/DOT Medical card

- Able to pass background check & pre-employment drug screen

- 1-2 years technical work experience preferred

- Ability to drive overnight

- Ability to understand weight requirements / weight distribution
