Deep understanding of YouTube’s recommendation algorithms and audience retention patterns. Demonstrated ability to diagnose and improve CTR, AVD, and retention curves - not just track them. Strong editorial instinct for Indian personal finance - able to identify high-potential topics and filter out the noise. Comfortable shipping fast across formats without dropping quality. Strong understanding of the Indian investment landscape and familiarity with the retail investor and trader audience. Ideal for candidates with 4-5 years of work experience.
