Workplace Engineering Track Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled SCCM (MECM) and Microsoft Intune SME to lead the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of enterprise endpoint management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Intune, Autopilot, Co-management, Endpoint Security, and modern workplace technologies. The role requires technical leadership, solution architecture capabilities, and advanced troubleshooting skills. Key Responsibilities SCCM (MECM) Administration & Architecture Design, implement, and maintain SCCM/MECM infrastructure. Manage Site Servers, Distribution Points, Management Points, and Software Update Points. Lead Operating System Deployment (OSD) strategies and task sequence development. Design and implement application packaging and deployment solutions. Monitor SCCM infrastructure health, performance, and compliance. Troubleshoot complex client, deployment, and infrastructure-related issues. Design and manage Microsoft Intune device management solutions. Configure and manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines. Implement and support Windows Autopilot deployments. Manage Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
