Manage & Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of Workforce Staffing performance via Key Performance Indicators

A day in the life The role holder will solve complex hiring-related problems for INOPS. They will manage key program priorities for the India WFS team while collaborating closely with multiple functions. Additionally, they will be responsible for delivering hiring requirements across assigned sites. They will partner with key stakeholders including Operations, Learning, HRBPs, and external manpower agency partners to ensure successful outcomes. This role can be based in any of our field buildings in the region - Travel required
About the team
Workforce Staffing (WFS), a division within Worldwide (WW) Ops PxT (HR), is responsible for the management of the Tier 1 talent supply chain. This encompasses market analytics, candidate attraction and communication, strategic sourcing, staffing execution at scale, and vendor management. These processes enable our business partners to meet customer demand by matching talent supply with demand.
Basic qualifications
Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications
2+ years of in program management, workforce strategy development, or metrics-driven decision making experience
Preferred qualifications
Experience in conducting investigative work, including claimant, witness, and target employee interviews, investigative data analysis, and production of investigative documentation
Experience developing policies and supporting documentation
Experience managing confidential and sensitive employee information and adherence to strict confidentiality standards
