About the job
We are seeking a detail-oriented Workers' Compensation Premium Audit Analyst to support the premium audit process for commercial insurance policies. In this role, you will review payroll records, tax documents, financial records, and business information to determine the correct premium exposure for Workers' Compensation and General Liability insurance policies. You will communicate with business owners, payroll contacts, and accountants to gather information, verify records, and prepare accurate audit reports. Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with business owners, accountants, payroll contacts, and clients
- Ability to review and analyze payroll records, tax documents, financial records, and business documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to prepare accurate reports and maintain detailed documentation
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Experience in Workers' Compensation, Commercial Insurance, Insurance Operations, Claims Processing, Underwriting Support, Compliance, Payroll, Auditing, Bookkeeping, Financial Operations, or Administrative Support is preferred
- Experience reviewing documentation, verifying information, conducting audits, quality checks, reconciliations, or compliance reviews is a plus
