Job Summary:As a Web Development & Design Executive at The Digital Fifth, you will be primarily responsible for managing and growing the organization's digital presence through hands-on WordPress development, SEO execution, and creative design support. This role demands strong web development skills, a solid understanding of SEO, and the ability to produce quality design assets for marketing and communication needs. You will work closely with the content,business development and consulting team to ensure the website is always updated, optimized, and visually aligned with the brand, while also supporting event coordination and stakeholder communication. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional who can take ownership of the website, drive organic growth through SEO, manage design requirements, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Key Responsibilities:1) Web Development & Website Management
Build, manage, and maintain the organization's WordPress website including page creation, plugin management, theme customization, and performance optimization.
Develop and update landing pages, service pages, blog pages, and campaign pages as per marketing requirements.
Ensure website is mobile-responsive, fast-loading, and free of technical errors at all times.
Plan and execute on-page and off-page SEO activities including outreach, backlink acquisition, and guest-posting coordination to improve domain authority.
Perform in-depth keyword research, competitive analysis, and search intent mapping to identify high-value content opportunities.
Optimize existing website content, blog articles to improve organic rankings and click-through rates.
Monitor and report on website performance metrics including organic traffic, keyword rankings, bounce rate, session duration, and goal conversions using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Coordinate with the content team to produce SEO-first blog briefs, topic clusters, and pillar-page strategies.
2) Design & Branding
Design high-quality marketing collateral including social media creatives, presentations, infographics, brochures, banners, email newsletters, and website graphics aligned with brand guidelines.
Develop creatives for webinars, virtual/physical events, campaigns, and employer branding initiatives, ensuring visual consistency and impact.
Maintain and enforce brand consistency across all internal and external communication materials, both print-ready and digital.
Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to ideate and conceptualize creative assets that support business objectives.

Create and manage a centralized asset library of templates, icons, brand elements, and approved visuals for team-wide use.
Design decks for client presentations orthought leadership reports.
3) Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with internal team and external stakeholders (event planners, vendors, printers, and digital agencies) to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, events, and marketing initiatives.
Liaise with event planners and venue partners for webinars, corporate events, industry conferences, and brand activations, managing timelines, creative requirements, and on-ground logistics.
Communicate and follow up with vendors for design deliverables, print production, and event branding materials to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with the team to align creative assets with ongoing campaigns and publication schedules.
Maintain clear documentation of vendor agreements, event briefs, creative feedback, and approval trails for future reference.
Qualifications and Skills:
Any Graduate; background in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication preferred.
Hands-on experience with WordPress including page building, customization, and content updates.
Certification in Google Analytics, Semrush, or HubSpot is an advantage.
Portfolio showcasing design work across social media, decks, or campaigns is required.
Canva proficiency is mandatory; working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or Figma.
Strong communication skills in English written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a quality-first mindset.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
