About the job

Key responsibilities

1. Manage and support Windows endpoints and server environments.

Perform server administration, configuration, maintenance, and system upgrades.

1. Troubleshoot issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft Outlook, Office 365 applications, and enterprise servers.

1. Support datacenter operations and endpoint security management activities.

1. Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and virtualization platforms.

1. Handle major incidents and perform troubleshooting within Windows domain environments.

1. Ensure adherence to IT service management processes and service-level agreements.

1. Collaborate with teams to support change management and release management activities.

Effective Communication Microsoft 365 MS-Office Windows

Other requirements

• Candidates should have completed a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from a recognized university.

• Experience in managing and supporting Windows endpoints and server infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and Windows operating systems.

• Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file server administration, and virtualization technologies.
