MBSGuru is looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Senior Sales Executive who has strong experience in Education Sales, Coaching Institute Sales, EdTech Sales, LMS Sales, or B2B SaaS Sales.The ideal candidate should be confident in handling leads, giving product demos, converting coaching institutes, schools, teachers, and education businesses, and building long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities:The candidate will be responsible for generating and converting leads for the MBSGuru education platform. Responsibilities include:================== => Identify and approach coaching institutes, schools, educators, trainers, and education businesses => Explain MBS Guru LMS, white-label platform, mobile app, live class, recorded course, website builder, CRM, and automation features => Conduct product demos and presentations => Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure => Build strong relationships with institute owners, decision-makers, and education professionals => Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals => Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, proposals, and sales reports => Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding and client success => Provide market feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategy Required Skills & Experience=================> Minimum 37 years of sales experience preferred=> Experience in EdTech, LMS, education services, coaching institute sales, SaaS, or B2B sales will be highly preferred => Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills => Ability to handle high-value clients and close deals independently => Good understanding of education businesses, coaching institutes, online classes, and digital learning platforms => Target-oriented, confident, and professional personality => Comfortable with onsite work and field/client meetings when required Compensation Salary Budget: Up to 1,00,000 per month Performance-based incentives can be discussed based on experience and capability.
