We are looking for a highly skilled Senior HTML Developer & QA Specialist with deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end development, testing, and quality assurance of HTML email campaigns and CloudPages. You will collaborate closely with designers, marketing managers, and CRM strategists to deliver pixel-perfect, cross-client-compatible digital experiences. In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. SFMC 3+ years hands-on with Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder CloudPages HTML/CSS Email Expert-level table-based layout, inline CSS, email-specific hacks and resets AMPscript Proficient — variables, conditionals, lookups, personalisation strings, error handling JavaScript / jQuery Strong working knowledge for CloudPage interactivity, form logic, and DOM manipulation Email Testing Tools Hands-on experience with Email on Acid and/or Litmus QA Practices Structured testing methodology, defect logging, regression testing Experience with SFMC s REST/SOAP APIs for transactional sends or data interactions. Knowledge of SQL for querying Data Extensions within Automation Studio. Familiarity with GTM (Google Tag Manager) and analytics tracking implementation. Understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and email compliance best practices. Experience with Movable Ink, Taxifor Email, or similar email production platforms. Roles and Responsibilities: Email Development: Build, maintain, and optimise responsive HTML email templates for SFMC campaigns — including promotional, transactional, triggered, and journey-based emails. Develop and manage CloudPages including landing pages, microsites, profile centre pages, and subscription centres using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Write clean, standards-compliant HTML/CSS with a strong focus on email client rendering compatibility (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, Samsung Mail, Yahoo, etc.). Implement and maintain reusable modular template components within Content Builder. Ensure pixel-perfect translation of design mockups (Figma, Adobe XD, PSD) into production-ready email and web code.
