Warehouse operations are a critical backbone of this mission, ensuring timely, compliant, and accurate medicine fulfillment. About the Role We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to manage day-to-day warehouse operations at our Guwahati facility. The role requires strong people management, operational discipline, and a deep understanding of inventory control and pharmaceutical warehouse compliance in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse executives to ensure smooth and efficientoperations. Allocate work, monitor attendance, and manage shift-wise manpower planning. Train new joiners on SOPs, safety guidelines, and pharma handling standards; provide ongoingcoaching to existing staff. Monitor individual and team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations. Ensure strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and pharmaceutical compliance standards. Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts and stock audits, and investigate discrepancies. Oversee inward and outward movement of goods, including GRN processing and dispatchaccuracy. Ensure proper racking, storage, and segregation based on batch, expiry, and product category. Coordinate with logistics, supply chain, and central teams to ensure timely dispatch and issueresolution. Identify process gaps and implement improvements to enhance productivity, accuracy, and costefficiency. Handle operational issues, employee grievances, and team conflicts professionally. Prepare and share daily and weekly reports on manpower, inventory, dispatch TAT, and keywarehouse metrics. Requirements Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisoryor team lead role. Strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and compliance-drivenoperations. Experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and proficiency in MSOffice. Ability to manage large shop-floor teams in rotational shifts. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and execution mindset. Prior experience in pharma or e-commerce warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
