Key Responsibilities

1. Receive, verify, and record incoming stock accurately

1. Maintain and update inventory levels across all SKUs and materials

1. Conduct daily cycle counts and weekly physical stock audits

1. Report low stock levels and inventory discrepancies promptly

1. Ensure proper storage of products to prevent leakage or damage

1. Pick, pack, and prepare orders as per defined SOPs

1. Generate shipping labels, schedule pickups, and track orders using Shiprocket

1. Ensure secure, tamper-proof, and high-quality packaging standards

1. Verify order accuracy before dispatch

1. Coordinate daily with courier partners for timely pickups and dispatch

1. Track RTOs (Return to Origin) and manage restocking of returned items

1. Follow up on courier delays and resolve delivery issues

1. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in the warehouse

1. Follow all quality and safety SOPs consistently

1. Maintain daily records for stock, dispatch, and damages

1. Support monthly stock reconciliation and reporting

1. Identify and report operational issues proactively
