Now, we are expanding our logistics capabilities to meet the growing demand across multiple cities. --- Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehoyse Logistics Manager to oversee last-mile delivery operations across PAN India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the last-mile delivery process, ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveries while maintaining high standards of service quality. You will lead a team of delivery partners and work closely with vendors, logistics teams, and regional managers to ensure the smooth execution of operations across multiple cities. --- Key Responsibilities: - Last-Mile Delivery Oversight: - Manage and track last-mile delivery operations across all regions in India. - Ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers across multiple locations. - Monitor the movement of goods from distribution hubs to end customers. - Process Optimization: - Develop and implement strategies for optimizing last-mile delivery routes and processes. - Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the logistics chain and propose solutions. - Ensure all logistics activities align with company policies and customer service expectations. - Technology Integration: - Utilize logistics and delivery software to track shipments and optimize delivery routes. - Analyze data to monitor performance, track KPIs, and make informed decisions on process improvements. - Vendor & Partner Management: - Coordinate with third-party logistics partners to streamline delivery processes. - Negotiate with vendors and partners to improve service delivery and reduce costs. - Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics service providers. - Team Leadership & Coordination: - Lead a team of logistics coordinators and regional delivery managers. - Train, develop, and manage delivery teams to ensure adherence to delivery schedules and customer satisfaction standards.\ - Cost Management: - Manage the logistics budget and optimize costs related to last-mile delivery. - Control transportation costs while ensuring high delivery standards. - Reporting & Analysis: - Provide regular reports to senior management on delivery performance, including KPIs such as on-time deliveries, cost per delivery, and customer satisfaction. - Use data-driven insights to recommend improvements to the last-mile logistics strategy. --- Key Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics and last-mile delivery management, preferably across multiple regions. - Proven experience managing large-scale delivery operations, with a focus on efficiency and cost optimization. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent knowledge of logistics software, delivery management tools, and route optimization technologies. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation. - Effective communication and negotiation skills with external vendors and internal teams. - Proficient in data analysis and report generation for decision-making. - Willingness to travel and oversee operations across multiple cities. --- What We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package. - Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-growing organization. - A key role in shaping the logistics and delivery strategy for a PAN India operation. - A supportive work environment that fosters growth and development. --- How to Apply: If you meet the above criteria and are excited to contribute to a rapidly growing company, please submit your resume and cover letter to shipra.agarwal@theelefant.ai We look forward to hearing from you!
