About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.

1. Understand basic engineering drawings and machining dimensions.

1. Load and unload components safely on the machine.

1. Set tools, fixtures, and job workpieces as per instructions.

1. Perform basic machine settings and offset correction.

1. Ensure proper machining quality and dimensional accuracy.

1. Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, etc.

1. Maintain proper machine cleanliness and daily housekeeping.

1. Check component quality during and after machining.

1. Coordinate with supervisor, programmer, and production team for smooth work execution.

1. Follow safety instructions while working on the machine.

1. Report machine issues, tool breakage, or job-related problems immediately.
