Role Description The Visiting Faculty/Professor Business Environment will deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and interactive sessions to CS students at the Ahmedabad campus. Responsibilities include planning and teaching Business Environment courses, developing and updating course materials, and designing charts, diagrams, and case-based examples aligned with the institutes methodology. The role involves guiding students in understanding economic, regulatory, and business frameworks, evaluating student performance through tests and prelims, and providing constructive academic feedback. The faculty member will collaborate with the academic team to maintain high teaching standards, participate in curriculum reviews, and support exam-oriented training sessions. This is an on-site role based in Ahmedabad. Qualifications
- Strong background in Economics and Business Environment, with the ability to relate theory to current business and regulatory practice.
- Demonstrated experience in University Teaching or professional institute teaching, with effective classroom management and learner-centric pedagogy.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development and Training, including creating structured lesson plans, visual aids, and exam-focused study materials.
- Ability to engage in Research on contemporary economic, legal, and business issues to keep course content current and relevant.
- Postgraduate degree in Economics, Commerce, Management, Law, or a related field; professional qualifications such as CS, CA, CMA, or equivalent are an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and practical manner.
- Prior experience teaching CS or similar professional courses, especially Business Environment or related subjects, is highly preferred.
- Commitment to student success, ethical teaching practices, and collaborative work with academic colleagues.
