Position: Visiting Faculty Event ManagementSchool / Institute: MIT School of Holistic Development Department: Creative Arts & Performing Arts DepartmentReporting to: Head of Department / DirectorLocation: MIT ADT University, Vishwaraj Baug, Loni Kalbhor, Pune, Maharashtra 412201Joining Requirement: Immediate Joiner Preferred Role Type: Academic Session-Based (Visiting Faculty)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Event Management classes strictly as per the university timetable
- Ensure regular classroom engagement and effective academic delivery
- Mark daily student attendance as per academic norms
- Design, conduct, and evaluate assignments, internal assessments, and practical work
- Evaluate student performance and update marks on the university system within stipulated timelines
- Support academic coordination related to the Event Management elective
- Mentor students for academic projects and practical exposure
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Postgraduate qualification in Event Management / Management / Mass Communication or a related field
- Relevant industry experience in event planning, execution, production, budgeting, and logistics
- Prior teaching or academic coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and commitment to academic discipline
