Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities for server, storage, and data center solutions through virtual sales channels.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including phone calls, emails, webinars, and online meetings, to generate leads and build a sales pipeline.
- Understand customer IT infrastructure requirements and recommend appropriate server solutions based on business needs.
- Deliver virtual product presentations, demonstrations, and solution briefings to prospective customers.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with technical and product teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sales follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with solution architects, pre-sales engineers, and technical teams to develop customized server solutions.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in server, cloud, and data center infrastructure.
- Participate in virtual marketing campaigns, online events, and lead-generation initiatives.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular business updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies, pricing guidelines, and contractual requirements.
