About the internship

Seeking a highly motivated, adaptable, and resilient video shoot coordinator intern to support upcoming video production operations. In this fast-paced role, you will be the logistical backbone of video shoots and the driving force behind on-set talent acquisition. This position is designed for a gritty, proactive individual who thrives in high-pressure environments, handles intense situations with ease, and is eager to learn the ins and outs of complex video production.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Talent & crew recruitment: Actively source, vet, and coordinate on-screen talent, background extras, and specialized freelance crew members required for various shoots.

1. On-set coordination: Manage the daily flow of production, handle immediate logistical needs, and ensure all cast and crew are precisely where they need to be.

1. Creative collaboration: Participate in planning sessions and production meetings, contributing fresh ideas and engaging in open discussions to improve the project.

1. Logistical support: Assist with scheduling, equipment tracking, and site management to ensure operations run seamlessly from setup to teardown.

Please note:

1. Fieldwork is involved - You will be required to travel to different locations in Pune for shoots.

1. The expenses incurred during travel to shoot locations and FnB shall be taken care of.
