About the internship

We're building an AI startup that helps offline stores become smarter, more personalized, and more customer-aware. From cafes and retail stores to local businesses, we believe the future of offline commerce will be powered by customer intelligence, personalization, and better experiences- not guesswork. Our founding team comes from a strong mix of startup, operations, marketing, and enterprise experience, and we're now looking for someone who can help us tell that story through content. This is not a 'make a few reels' internship. You'll work directly with the founders, ship content daily, experiment constantly, and build the visual identity of a fast-moving AI company.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

A. Content creation & production:

1. Shoot product demos, office culture, market visits, cafe interactions, founder stories, and customer experience videos

1. Capture content using DSLR, mobile, GoPro- whatever the moment demands

1. Assist in planning, filming, and executing video shoots

B. Editing & creative storytelling:

1. Edit short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp marketing

1. Create scroll-stopping creatives with strong hooks, fast pacing, clear storytelling, and conversion-focused editing

1. Add captions, transitions, music sync, color correction, motion elements, and brand-consistent styling

C. AI + growth experimentation:

1. Use AI-powered editing and production workflows to scale output (training will be provided)

1. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to brainstorm and execute content campaigns

1. Stay updated on trends, viral formats, audio trends, hooks, and creator-style editing patterns
