Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Video editing: Edit reels, educational videos and other digital media assets tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, and related platforms.
Narrative assembly: Curate and structure raw footage into a cohesive, thoughtfully paced flow that resonates with our community.
Engagement & accessibility enhancements: Integrate dynamic captions, seamless transitions, and motion graphics to improve viewer engagement and informational clarity.
Cinematic psychoeducation: Transform complex scripts and psychological themes into compelling visual stories that honour emotional depth.
Multi-platform optimisation: Customise video outputs for various digital environments while safeguarding a unified organisational aesthetic.
Digital asset management: Maintain systematic repositories of B-roll, audio elements, and editing templates to ensure operational efficiency.
Production & shoot coordination: Provide essential support during content shoots and recording sessions within the Delhi NCR region (offline shoots at Moti Nagar, New Delhi).
Team collaboration: Collaborate with research and writing teams to align visual narratives with our broader mental health vision.

With a Master of Arts (MA) in Applied Psychology from Jamia Millia Islamia, Sukhmani is dedicated to breaking down barriers to mental health access.
