About the job Key Responsibilities A. Video production:
Accompany Maya Bhatia during school visits across Mumbai Shoot high-quality videos using DSLR, mirrorless cameras, smartphones, gimbals, microphones, and lighting equipment Capture classroom activities including spoken English sessions, vocabulary activities, group discussions, role plays, and public speaking sessions Record student interactions during school visits Shoot interviews of students, school principals, teachers, parents, and project stakeholders Capture behind-the-scenes moments during school visits B. Storytelling & content creation:
Identify impactful student transformation stories Create emotional and inspiring video narratives Develop storyboards and prepare shot lists before school visits Suggest creative reel ideas and social media content concepts Capture candid moments that highlight confidence building and student growth Collaborate closely with Maya Bhatia to document project impact stories C. Editing & post-production:
Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, Facebook videos, and LinkedIn content Create 30-60 second reels, 2-3 minute impact stories, event highlight videos, documentary-style videos, and testimonial videos
