We are looking for a creative and passionate video editing intern to create meaningful short-form content that spreads awareness and reaches people who truly need it. At Jarurat Care, we are working towards building India's largest cancer care community- supporting patients, caregivers, and families through impactful digital storytelling and awareness initiatives. This isn't just another internship- it's an opportunity to work on real reels, shorts, and social media videos focused on cancer awareness, caregiver support, and inspiring human stories while building a strong creative portfolio. You'll gain hands-on experience in modern video editing, storytelling, social media content creation, and AI-assisted workflows while working with a mission-driven team.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
Edit short-form videos including reels, YouTube Shorts, and social media clips
Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention content
Add subtitles, captions, transitions, and motion elements for better engagement
Apply strong storytelling techniques and hook-based editing styles
Optimize video pacing for Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms
Create multiple versions of content for different social channels
Use editing tools to enhance video quality, color, and sound clarity
Incorporate trending audio, formats, and viral editing styles
