About the job

Key responsibilities

1. End-to-end video production: Independently concept, script, film (featuring yourself), and edit high-quality vertical content (Instagram Reels) and horizontal long-form videos (YouTube).

1. On-camera presenting: Serve as the authentic, polished face of Renteel, delivering information with the confidence and clarity required to build trust with high-net-worth property owners.

1. Content strategy & research: Monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and audience insights to develop content buckets that address property preservation, asset growth, and real estate market dynamics.

1. Premium post-production: Edit footage with a sharp eye for pacing, incorporating clean transitions, aesthetic typography, color grading, and crisp sound design that aligns with a luxury brand identity.

1. Channel optimization: Manage the post-filming workflow, including drafting compelling descriptions, designing clean, high-CTR thumbnails, and implementing video SEO best practices to maximize organic reach.
