Vice President, External Reporting

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President – Regulatory Change team. This role is located in Pune.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Manage a large team (or multiple small teams) of professional staff responsible for implementation and maintenance of Reg reporting solution for asset/liability management, liquidity funding, capital management, ALM committee support, interest rate risk management and measurement for an assigned risk or asset category and/or across a business unit/legal entity.

• Keep constant tab on regulatory updates ensuring that reg reporting solution is kept up to date. The individual must be well aware of regulatory requirements and should have atleast worked on one reg reporting software with another banking or financial institution.

• Axiom configuration experience is a must.

• Experience of working with EBA reporting would be preferred.

• Keeping abreast with reg reporting solution updates so that the bank is able to keep pace with software changes.

• Establish team policies and procedures related to all technical activities such as documentation requirements, underlying assumptions, data limitations, etc.

• Support Production team in and briefings for senior management, highlighting operational activities/outcomes, identifying risks and recommending proposed solutions.

• Build and cultivate relationships with internal peers in Treasury and Finance and other departments ensuring that requirements are discussed and defined.

• Recruit, direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, professional growth and ability to function effectively as a team. Provide feedback at critical times.
