Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing vendor management strategies to optimise vendor relationships.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors to ensure favourable terms and conditions for the company.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and onboard new vendors for e-commerce initiatives.
- Monitoring vendor performance and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Analysing vendor data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and e-commerce.
- Communicating effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive business objectives.
