About the job

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct site inspections of residential, commercial, industrial, and land properties.

1. Verify property details, measurements, construction specifications, and site conditions during inspections.

1. Collect, review, and analyze property-related documents, including title deeds, approved plans, permissions, and revenue records.

1. Prepare valuation reports for banks, financial institutions, NBFCs, and private clients.

1. Assess market value, distress value, realizable value, and fair value of properties.

1. Conduct market surveys and gather comparable property transaction and pricing data.

1. Prepare detailed property descriptions, site photographs, location maps, and valuation calculations.

1. Coordinate with bank officials, customers, advocates, architects, and property owners during inspections and report preparation.

1. Verify compliance with local authority approvals, zoning regulations, and development control norms.

1. Maintain accurate records of inspections, reports, supporting documents, and client communications.

1. Ensure timely and accurate submission of valuation reports in accordance with client and regulatory requirements.
