- Create high-quality visual designs for digital and print needs, aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Translate briefs into concepts, layouts, and final deliverables with strong typography, color, and composition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, present design options, and incorporate feedback effectively.
- Maintain visual consistency across assets and ensure designs meet quality, accessibility, and production standards.
- Experience designing for multi-channel campaigns (social, web, email, presentations, and print) with consistent brand storytelling.
- Ability to lead design discussions, guide stakeholders through options, and align outcomes with business goals.
- Experience creating scalable design systems, templates, and brand toolkits to improve team efficiency.
