We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented US Talent Sourcer to support our Talent Acquisition team in hiring top talent across GTM functions in the United States. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and screening potential candidates while partnering closely with recruiters to build strong talent pipelines. The ideal candidate has to have experience in sourcing candidates in the US market, conducting initial qualification conversations, and leveraging modern sourcing tools to identify passive talent What youll be doing
- Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Screen inbound applicants against predefined role requirements and recruiter guidance
- Conduct initial outreach to passive candidates and assess interest in opportunities.
- Perform preliminary qualification calls to validate candidate fit, experience, compensation expectations, and work authorization
- Present qualified candidates to recruiters with detailed screening notes and recommendations.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
- s.Support market mapping, competitor research, and talent intelligence project
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS
- Partner closely with US recruiters to support priority hiring initiatives and improve pipeline quality
