Job Title: Business Development Representatives (BDR)Shift Schedule: Fully onsite in Kharadi, Pune, office Willing to work in the US Shift If you are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional communication skills, we want you on our team. Your responsibilities will include managing customer outreach campaigns, prospecting within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and generating qualified leads and meetings. Roles and Responsibilities-Managing B2B lead generation campaigns for our customers in the technology and the B2B industry. Prospecting in customer's target accounts to generate qualified leads and meetings.Update CRM and status of leads, accurately and timely.Assist the Campaign Manager with client reporting and ensure detailed, accurate presentationLeverage multi-channel strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness and successMeet campaign objectives and personal performance targets to drive overall success What You will doProactively generate appointments through outbound prospecting and outreachCollaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to identify new opportunities from incoming and existing leads.Demonstrate strong selling, communication, and influencing abilities to spark interest and build rapport with prospects. What Makes You a Great ForIf you are motivated by cold calling, outbound engagement, and driving new opportunities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Prior experience in a similar customer-facing, sales, or lead-generation role.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
