About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
- Market expansion & B2B sales: Identify, engage, and onboard international B2B clients, including pharmacies, healthcare distributors, and corporate buyers in the US market to scale the company's export portfolio.
- Lead nurturing & conversion: Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline by actively converting inbound digital leads, handling product inquiries, and negotiating bulk pricing structures.
- Omnichannel client engagement: Execute high-caliber professional communication, primarily via strategic chat and email frameworks, supplemented by direct telephone outreach to finalize contracts and build long-term client trust.
- CRM architecture & reporting: Maintain absolute data integrity by systematically logging all interactions, client profiles, and pipeline stages within the company CRM system.
- Account management: Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarded clients, ensuring seamless order processing, addressing post-sale queries, and driving repeat business.
