Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely feedback and updates throughout the process.
- Manage candidate relationships and ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Utilize MS Excel to track and analyze recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the quality of hires.
