The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sourcing and hiring talent across various non-IT industries within the US market, including Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive, Defense, Construction, Civil Engineering, Logistics, and Industrial sectors.This role requires expertise in the full recruitment lifecycle, strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver quality candidates within aggressive timelines.Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US Non-IT positions, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Source, identify, and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles based on job requirements, technical fit, experience, and work authorization.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds with hiring managers and clients.
- Work on a variety of requirements across industries including:
- Aerospace
- Manufacturing
- Automotive
- Defense
- Construction
- Civil Engineering
- Industrial & Logistics
- Mechanical & Electrical Engineering
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates while meeting client expectations and turnaround times.
- Follow up regularly with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports, candidate records, and pipeline trackers.
- Handle W2, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Full-Time positions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Non-IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for Aerospace, Manufacturing, Automotive, Defense, Construction, Civil, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of the US staffing and recruitment process.
- Knowledge of US tax terms and employment models including W2, 1099, C2C, and Full-Time hiring.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, and other sourcing tools.
