Hiring: US Life Insurance Policy Administration | Noida We are hiring for a US Life Insurance Process role focused on Policy Administration and related services for Life & Annuity Insurance policies. Location: Noida Shift: Evening / Night Shift Experience: 0 12 YearsFreshers with good communication skills and experienced professionals from the US Life Insurance domain are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle policy administration and servicing for Life or Annuity Insurance policies
• Perform routine processing and quality checks as per defined SLAs
• Support outsourced insurance operations within the assigned process
• Understand client business processes and operational objectives
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security guidelines
• Identify and escalate customer service related critical issues appropriately

Mandatory Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work in evening/night shifts
• Prior experience in US Life Insurance domain is preferred
