About part time job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include

1. Source and identify potential IT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

1. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.

1. Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications.

1. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

1. Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

1. Build and manage a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

1. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

1. Learn and apply US staffing concepts, visa classifications, and recruitment best practices.

1. Support recruiters in fulfilling client hiring requirements within deadlines.

1. Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate hiring records.
