We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented US IT recruiter with 0 to 1 years of experience to join our high-growth recruitment team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the US IT talent market, various visa types, and a proven track record of closing technical positions for Fortune 500 clients or Tier-1 vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Full cycle recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requirement analysis and sourcing to interview coordination and offer closure.
- Sourcing excellence: Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal databases to identify top-tier IT talent.
- Technical screening: Conduct thorough initial screenings to assess technical competency, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Tax term expertise: Must be well-versed in US Tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and US Visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT).
- Negotiation: Handle rate/salary negotiations with candidates and vendors while ensuring profit margins are maintained.
- Pipeline management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of proactive candidates for recurring technical roles.

Other requirements

- Education: Bachelor's degree in any stream (BTech/MCA/MBA preferred).
