Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR operations: onboarding, orientation, transfers, and offboardingHandle benefits administration including open enrollmentMaintain accurate employee records & HR data aligned with US complianceEnsure adherence to US labor laws (EEO, FMLA, ACA, etc.) and support auditsWork closely with payroll teams for US payroll processingManage compliance documentation such as W2 & I-9 formsUpdate and communicate HR policies & proceduresAct as a point of contact for employee queries and support employee relationsDrive process improvements, reporting, and HR metrics
What Were Looking For:Junior Role: 2+ years of experience in US HR Operations / HR Generalist roles Senior Role: 5+ years of experience with strong expertise in compliance, payroll & stakeholder management Must-Have Skills (Both Levels): Hands-on experience in Benefits Administration & OnboardingStrong knowledge of US Payroll processingExperience handling W2, I-9 documentation & complianceFamiliarity with US labor laws & HR compliance frameworksExperience with HRMS/ATS tools (Workday, ADP, etc. preferred)Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skillsProactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
