1. Maintain employee records and update HR databases

1. Support onboarding and orientation for new US employees

1. Assist in handling employee relations and resolving conflicts

1. Support performance management and review processes

1. Coordinate training and development activities

1. Assist with various HR projects and initiatives

Salary - Probation Period:

1. Duration: 6 months

1. Salary: 12,000 per month (for freshers only)

Post-Probation:

1. Annual CTC: 2,16,000 - 3,40,000
