Key responsibilities
- Identify and connect with healthcare professionals across the US through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Understand candidate profiles and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidate availability, interest, and basic qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases.
- Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to fulfill client hiring requirements.
- Communicate professionally with candidates via calls, emails, and messages.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment activity goals.
