This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring manager interviews. The Recruitment Specialist will partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs, develop job postings, and select effective recruiting channels. Daily tasks include maintaining candidate pipelines, updating applicant tracking systems, and providing timely communication and feedback to applicants. The role also supports onboarding activities, contributes to employer branding initiatives, and collaborates with internal teams to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience. Position Overview:We are seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for US Healthcare professionals, focusing on Doctors, Nurses, Therapists, Technicians for US-based clients and work night shifts (7:30 PM 4:30 AM IST).Qualifications
- Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals (Nursing, Allied Health, Admin roles) for US-based clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.
- Communicate with US health Care Professionals to assess their fit for open roles.
- Collaborate with US clients to understand staffing needs.
- Stay updated on US healthcare rules and staffing trends.
- Manage interviews and track candidates through the process.
- Create sourcing and candidate activity reports for hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with candidates.
- Meet recruitment targets and provide regular updates.
- Background in Training or supporting onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and basic HR tools or platforms.
- Knowledge of fair hiring practices, equal employment opportunity (EEO) guidelines, and inclusive recruitment methods.
