The client service executive is responsible for managing relationships with US-based clients, ensuring smooth delivery of recruitment services, and coordinating with the recruitment/delivery team to fulfill client requirements. This role acts as the primary point of contact between clients and the staffing company, ensuring high client satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
A. Client relationship management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for US clients regarding staffing requirements
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Gather and understand job requirements for IT and non-IT roles
- Coordinate with delivery teams for candidate submissions
- Follow up with clients for feedback on submitted candidates
B. Interview & hiring coordination:
1.. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring managers
- Manage interview feedback and update recruiters accordingly
C. Client communication:
- Respond to client queries via email
- Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and hiring progress
- Escalate issues or concerns to account managers when required
Salary
- Probation period: 6 months
- Salary during probation: Rs 12,000 per month (for freshers)
