We're looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive, high-converting digital experiences, with a strong focus on websites and landing pages.
This is a Figma-first role, where visual clarity, usability, and conversion-focused thinking matter just as much as aesthetics. You'll be working on crafting seamless user journeys, clean interfaces, and impactful web experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality website and landing page interfaces with a strong focus on usability and conversion
- Create wireframes, layouts, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Translate ideas and requirements into clear, structured, and intuitive user flows
- Apply strong visual hierarchy, spacing systems, and layout consistency
- Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect execution
- Continuously refine designs based on feedback and performance insights
- Maintain consistency across pages through reusable components and systems
Who Can Apply
- Candidates with a minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design (can be overlooked if you have a strong portfolio)
- Portfolio showcasing website/landing page design work (not just concept screens)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma (priority tool)
- Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and layout systems
- Ability to think in structured flows and user journeys
