Overview

The UI/UX Designer plays a crucial role in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. As a key member of the design team, the UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating them into wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key responsibilities

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights for design improvement

Collaborate with managers and developers to ensure seamless integration of UI/UX design

Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards

Iterate on designs based on feedback, user testing, and data analysis

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design

Develop personas, user journeys, and information architecture

Assist in creating and maintaining a cohesive visual language and design systems

Advocate for the user and ensure that design decisions are based on user needs and behaviors

Communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders effectively

Collaborate with marketing and development teams for cohesive brand and user experience

Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure designs are cutting-edge

Work closely with front-end developers to ensure technical feasibility and smooth handover of designs

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field

Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
