About the job
Key Responsibilities
- Help design and refine how brand-to-student UGC partnerships should be packaged, positioned, and priced.
- Build and document outreach strategies and pitch playbooks based on proven industry practices and successful campaigns.
- Advise on deal structures, including deliverables, usage rights, payment terms, revision policies, and contract considerations.
- Guide managing different engagement models, including agency campaigns, direct brand partnerships, and marketplace-driven briefs.
- Share industry knowledge and best practices with internal teams to strengthen campaign execution and client acquisition processes.
- Evaluate current workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and deal conversion rates.
- Support the development of scalable frameworks for creator-brand collaborations.
- Assist in establishing standards and processes for managing UGC partnerships and campaign operations.

Other requirements
- Proven experience in personally pitching brands or agencies and successfully closing UGC or influencer marketing deals.
- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas:
Creator-to-brand outbound or inbound pitching
Agency-managed influencer marketing campaigns
Platform or marketplace-based UGC collaborations
