ObjectiveSupport the D2C team in aggressively scaling selection by identifying MSKU whitespaces and executing high-efficacy brand and style activation, aligned with the 2026 growth playbook.Key Responsibilities
- Whitespace Identification: Assist in identifying high-focus Article Type (AT) whitespaces across under-indexed Business Units (BUs) such as Women's Western Wear, Home Furnishing, Jewellery, and Kids.
- Existing Brands Onboarding: Utilize crawls to identify catalog gaps and prepare whitespace reports to secure relevant missing selection from existing brand partners.
- New Brand Pipeline: Deploy proactive crawls to build the Business Development (BD) pipeline, supporting the target of onboarding 2L+ incremental selection from new and existing brands for the year.
- Style Activation Tracking: Monitor core activation metrics during the incubation phase for newly onboarded styles.
- Cross-functional Support: Coordinate with BD, Curation, and Incubation Teams to resolve systemic blockers and track activation progress.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to Support
- Achieving Selection Parity (SDS) of ≥70% with competitors.
- Driving 80% Ads Coverage for new styles.
- Keeping brands remaining at zero GMV after three months of onboarding to <10%.
