The FPDS User Access Management (UAM) Process Architect plays a strategic role in designing, implementing, and optimizing user access frameworks across global finance applications, including S/4HANA CFIN, BW/SAC, MDG, GCM, and Treasury Management Systems. This role is responsible for architecting comprehensive role concepts and access control models that ensure secure, compliant, and efficient user access while maintaining Segregation of Duties (SoD) and regulatory compliance requirements. Working closely with IT Security, UAM deployment and delivery teams, compliance and audit functions, and business stakeholders, the UAM Process Architect establishes robust governance frameworks, strengthens risk management controls, and drives continuous improvement of access management processes to support organizational security and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement User Access Management (UAM) strategies, governance frameworks, and role-based access control (RBAC) models, including Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls for enterprise applications.
- Manage identity and access governance processes, including user provisioning, access reviews, approval workflows, remediation activities, and compliance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GRC, audit, and security requirements by conducting access audits, risk assessments, and implementing appropriate mitigation controls.
- Collaborate with IT Security, Internal Audit, Business Process Owners, and System Administrators to design, optimize, and maintain secure access management solutions.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow designs, and system architecture recommendations, while driving continuous improvement, change management, and user training initiatives.
