Key Responsibilities:
Review turboexpander system designs for compliance with API 614 (Lubrication, Shaft-Sealing, and Oil-Control Systems for Special-Purpose Applications)
Validate machinery protection and monitoring systems per API 670 (Machinery Protection Systems)
Develop and review turbomachinery package design layouts including equipment arrangement and auxiliary systems integration
Create, update, and review P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) for packages and auxiliary systems
Verify P&ID accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design specifications and industry standards
Assess and update auxiliary systems including lubrication, sealing, and control systems
Review and verify instrumentation and control system architectures for complete package
Coordinate integration of vibration monitoring, temperature sensors, and critical machinery protection devices
Ensure compliance with applicable API standards, ASME codes, CE-PED and industry best practices

Develop system-level technical documentation, packaging specifications, and control narratives
Perform design reviews and provide technical recommendations for system improvements
Coordinate with design engineering team in Italy and USA for technical clarifications and approvals
Support development of system integration documents and technical data sheets

Work Experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 – 10 years of experience in turboexpander or turbomachinery systems and packaging design
Strong knowledge of API 614 (Lubrication, Shaft-Sealing, and Oil-Control Systems)
Familiarity with API 670 (Machinery Protection Systems) requirements
Proficiency in creating and reviewing P&IDs for rotating equipment packages
Experience with high-speed rotating equipment packaging and auxiliary systems
Knowledge of instrumentation and control systems for rotating machinery
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret complex technical specifications and system documentation
Ability to work in a collaborative environment with international teams
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Good communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
