Travel Sales Executive (Domestic Group Departures)Location: Noida Extension (Work from Office)Job Type: Full-Time, PermanentWorking Days: 6 Days a Week About UsWe are a fast-growing travel company specializing in premium fixed-departure group tours from Delhi to popular destinations across Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and other domestic destinations.Unlike traditional travel agencies, we operate scheduled departures and focus on delivering a seamless travel experience through our own operational infrastructure. Our business is driven by high-volume seat sales, repeat customers, and corporate group bookings.We are looking for a motivated Travel Sales Executive with prior travel industry experience who can convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and contribute to the growth of our departures. Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Lead Conversion
- Handle inquiries received through WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, website forms, and other marketing channels.
- Convert prospective travelers into confirmed bookings through effective communication and follow-up.Customer Consultation & Sales
- Explain itineraries, inclusions, exclusions, departure schedules, and trip highlights.
- Address customer queries and objections confidently to maximize conversions.
- Guide customers through the booking and payment process.Follow-Up & Pipeline Management
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Track leads efficiently and ensure no qualified inquiry is missed.
- Work towards maximizing seat occupancy across all departures.Corporate & Group Sales
- Reach out to corporate organizations, startups, colleges, and private groups for group travel opportunities.
- Promote private departures and group bookings.Booking Coordination
- Ensure accurate collection of passenger details and booking information.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking handovers and departure management.Target Achievement
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and occupancy targets.
- Contribute to revenue growth through repeat bookings and referrals.RequirementsMandatory Experience
- Minimum 1 year of travel sales experience is mandatory.
- Candidates must have experience selling domestic holiday packages, group departures, weekend trips, trekking packages, fixed departures, or similar travel products.
- Candidates without travel sales experience will not be considered.Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and objection-handling abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and convert inquiries into bookings.
